The owner of the online store beebad.ee/pood (hereinafter referred to as the Online Store) is Carotenoid OÜ (registration code 10810444, located at Jõeääre tee 22, Loo alevik, Jõelähtme vald, Harjumaa 74201).
Validity of the Sales Agreement, Product and Price Information
These terms of sale apply when purchasing goods from the Online Store.
The prices of the products sold in the Online Store are indicated next to the products. Delivery charges will be added to the price.
The delivery fee depends on the buyer’s location and the chosen delivery method. The delivery cost is displayed to the buyer during the checkout process.
Product information is provided directly next to the product in the Online Store.
Placing an Order
To order goods, the desired products must be added to the shopping cart. To complete the order, the required data fields must be filled out and a suitable delivery method chosen. The total amount due will then be displayed on the screen and can be paid via bank link or other payment methods.
The contract becomes effective from the moment the amount due is received in the Online Store’s bank account.
If it is not possible to deliver the ordered goods due to the goods being out of stock or for any other reason, the buyer will be informed as soon as possible and the paid amount (including delivery costs) will be refunded, usually within 1–2 working days. Depending on the payment method, it may take up to 7 working days for the refund to appear.
Delivery
Goods are shipped within the territory of Estonia.
The buyer bears the shipping costs, which are displayed next to the chosen delivery method.
Deliveries within Estonia generally arrive at the destination specified by the buyer within 3–7 working days from the effective date of the sales contract. In exceptional cases, the Online Store has the right to deliver the goods within up to 30 calendar days.
If the Online Store has notified the buyer on the website or in the order confirmation about delivery issues and a delivery time exceeding 30 calendar days, the time specified by the Online Store applies.
Right of Withdrawal
After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded via the Online Store within 14 days. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.
To use the 14-day right of return, the ordered goods may only be used in a way necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods as would be allowed in a physical store for testing.
If the goods have been used for purposes other than what is necessary to ascertain their nature, characteristics, and functioning, or if there are signs of use or wear, the Online Store has the right to reduce the refundable amount according to the diminished value of the goods.
To return goods, a free-form statement of withdrawal must be submitted and sent to the email address within 14 days of receiving the goods.
The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer, unless the reason for return is that the goods do not match the order (e.g., wrong or defective item).
The buyer must return the goods within 14 days after submitting the withdrawal statement or provide proof that the goods have been handed over to the carrier within the mentioned period.
Upon receiving the returned goods, the Online Store will promptly, but no later than within 14 days from receiving the withdrawal statement, refund all payments received from the buyer under the contract.
The Online Store may withhold the refund until the goods that are the subject of the contract have been received or until the buyer has provided proof that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first.
If the buyer has explicitly chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the Online Store, the Online Store is not obliged to reimburse the cost that exceeds the standard delivery cost.
The Online Store has the right to withdraw from the sales transaction and reclaim the goods if the product price in the Online Store was significantly lower than the market price due to an error.
Right to Submit Complaints
The Online Store is responsible for the non-conformity of goods sold to the buyer or for defects that already existed at the time of delivery and that become apparent within two years of delivery. Within the first year from delivery, it is presumed that the defect existed at the time of delivery. It is the Online Store’s responsibility to prove otherwise.
The buyer must inform the Online Store of any defects within two months of discovering the issue by sending an email to baltics@beebad.com or calling +372 5036996.
The Online Store is not liable for defects that occurred after the goods were delivered due to the consumer’s actions or inaction (e.g., improper use, accident, etc.) or due to normal wear and tear from ordinary use.
If a product purchased from the Online Store has defects for which the Online Store is responsible, the Online Store will repair or replace the defective product. If the product cannot be repaired or replaced, the Online Store will refund all costs associated with the sales contract.
The Online Store will respond to the consumer’s complaint in writing or in a format that allows written reproduction within 15 days.
Dispute Resolution
If the buyer has any complaints regarding the Online Store, they should be submitted via email to baltics@beebad.com or by calling +372 5036996.
If the buyer and the Online Store cannot resolve the dispute by agreement, the buyer may contact the Consumer Disputes Committee. The conditions of the procedure and the application can be found at www.tarbijakaitseamet.ee. The Consumer Disputes Committee is authorized to resolve disputes arising from contracts between buyers and the Online Store. Reviewing a buyer’s complaint in the committee is free of charge.
The buyer may also use the European Union’s online dispute resolution platform.
