The owner of the online store beebad.ee (hereinafter the “Online Store”) is FiilGuud Brands OÜ (registry code 10810444, VAT no. EE100724257), located at Jõeääre tee 22, Loo alevik, Jõelähtme vald, Harjumaa 74201, hereinafter the “Seller”.

These terms of sale (effective from 01.09.2026) govern the legal relationship between the Seller and the person making a purchase through the Online Store (hereinafter the “Buyer”). These terms are reviewed periodically and may be updated.

The Seller holds economic activity notice no. KJK056746 for the retail sale of alcoholic beverages, registered in the Estonian Register of Economic Activities.

By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read and agree to these terms of sale and the privacy policy.

Validity of the Sales Agreement, Product and Price Information

These terms of sale apply to orders delivered to Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Finland and Sweden.

Prices of products sold in the Online Store are shown in euros and include Estonian VAT (24%), regardless of the Buyer’s delivery country among those listed above.

The Seller reserves the right to change prices. A price change does not apply to already confirmed orders.

The sale of alcoholic beverages is permitted only to persons aged 18 and over. The Buyer confirms their age when placing the order.

Placing an Order

An order is considered placed once the Buyer has entered the required details, selected a payment method, and confirmed the order. Payment is made via bank link, Visa/Mastercard, or another payment method offered in the Online Store, processed via the Montonio payment service.

The sales contract is considered concluded from the moment the Buyer has paid for the order. The Seller confirms the order automatically once payment is received, except where the Seller has the right to refuse to fulfil the order — for example if the product is not available in stock, the Buyer has not verified their age when ordering alcoholic products, or the delivery region is not among the countries served by the Seller.

Delivery

The Seller delivers products to Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Finland and Sweden. The delivery method and delivery fee are shown to the Buyer at Checkout. Delivery time depends on the chosen transport/courier service and is not guaranteed by the Seller.

Alcoholic products are delivered only to an adult. The courier or transport company has the right to verify the recipient’s age upon delivery and to refuse to hand over the goods if age cannot be verified.

All products delivered to Estonia are shipped via an integrated delivery method arranged by the Seller (courier, parcel machine). The same applies to orders to Latvia, Lithuania, Finland and Sweden, provided the order does not contain any alcoholic product.

Distance Purchase of Alcoholic Products (Latvia, Lithuania, Finland, Sweden)

If the Buyer’s order contains an alcoholic product and the delivery address is in Latvia, Lithuania, Finland or Sweden, the Seller does not deliver the goods to those countries. Instead, the goods are handed over at the Seller’s warehouse in Estonia, and the Buyer arranges collection from there themselves. The Buyer is informed of this at Checkout before payment is made.

In such cases: the price and VAT remain as described above; the Buyer chooses a transport company themselves and informs the Seller of its name and the desired collection time — the Seller does not name or recommend any transport company to the Buyer; once payment is received, the Seller sends the Buyer the contact details needed to arrange collection.

The Buyer is responsible for the transport of the goods and for complying with any import/excise requirements applicable in their country of residence, including quantity limits for personal use. The transport contract is concluded between the Buyer and their chosen transport company — the Seller is not a party to that contract and is not responsible for the quality, speed, or completion of the transport.

If the Buyer also wants alcohol-free products in the same order, the entire order is delivered as a single shipment under this procedure, unless the Buyer places a separate order for the alcohol-free products, which will be delivered via the standard integrated delivery method.

This procedure follows from the principles of EU Excise Duty Directive (EU) 2020/262, under which excise goods acquired by a private individual for their own use and transported by that individual themselves are subject to excise duty only in the Member State of acquisition (Estonia). Legally, this constitutes a sale of goods in Estonia (delivery term EXW — Ex Works), under which the Seller’s obligation is deemed fulfilled upon handing over the goods to the Buyer or their authorised representative at the Seller’s warehouse in Estonia. The term “distance purchase” is a commercial, descriptive term rather than a direct legal quotation.

Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, by submitting the relevant notice to the Seller.

Under the laws of the Republic of Estonia and the European Union, the consumer’s right of withdrawal and return does not apply to alcoholic beverages.

For alcohol-free products, the Buyer bears the return costs, unless the product was defective or did not match what was ordered.

Right to Submit Complaints

Any defects in a product must be reported to the Seller as soon as possible, but no later than 2 months after the defect is discovered, by emailing inri@beebad.ee or calling +372 503 6996.

Products must be stored according to the conditions specified by the manufacturer (in a cool place, protected from light and direct sunlight, until the “best before” date indicated on the product). The Seller is liable only for defects that existed at the time of delivery — the Seller is not liable for deterioration in product quality occurring after delivery due to improper storage, handling, or care by the Buyer.

The Seller’s liability is limited to the value of the order, except where otherwise provided by law.

Dispute Resolution

Disputes will first be resolved through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, the Buyer has the right to contact the Consumer Disputes Committee (Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority, website www.tarbijakaitseamet.ee) or the Harju County Court.

Buyers residing in the European Union may also use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform (ODR): ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
